wide, standard and narrow bore D whistles

I make D whistles in four models:

narrow-bore D - £90

using 12mm bore tubing, for a quieter and sweeter sound.

standard D - £90

using 13mm bore tubing, for a more traditional whistle sound.

wide-bore Session D - £90

using 14mm bore tubing, for more power, great for sessions, ensemble and outdoor playing.

extra wide-bore D - £110

using 15mm bore tubing, for extra loudness, with a "box ear" head construction. This needs a bit more push for the upper second octave notes; great for outdoor playing where you need an extra powerful sound.

A Session D and standard C whistle combined, one head two bodies.
Can be further extended by adding bodies for C# and B.
